Here at Bear Republic Trading Co., we take pride in providing you -- our customer -- with exactly what you want, because we stand behind our work.

Payment to Bear Republic Trading Co. implies that you have read, understand, and accept our terms and agreements.

Due to the nature of custom screenprinting and embroidery there is no "buyers remorse" period. It is not possible to refund a deposit after thirty (30) days. A refund is not guaranteed by Bear Republic Trading Co., but possible providing Bear Republic Trading Co. decides upon this option. It is possible for Bear Republic Trading Co. to chose to refund part but not all of the monies paid. If this option is chosen by Bear Republic Trading Co., hourly artwork / logo design and development costs will be considered factors in determining the amount to be refunded.

Bear Republic Trading Co. utilizes both automated and manual printing presses.  Each method of printing requires human intervention.  In some cases, the entire job will be printed by a living,. breathing, human being operating a manual press.  That being said; it is possible that there will be subtle variations of print location within the same print job / order.  Additionally, the print location will vary between sizes.  (i.e. print location on a size small t-shirt will not be the same exact print location on a size extra large t-shirt.)  All prints will be within an acceptable percentage / tolerance of placement.  Every item is inspected prior to packing to ensure quality and consistency. 

Bear Republic Trading Co. does not maintain storage facilities for printed or unprinted items. Any printed or unprinted items that remain on Bear Republic Trading Co. property beyond thirty (30) days will be returned to the supplier or donated. Any and all costs of shipping and/or restocking fees will be assumed by the client. Bear Republic Trading Co. is not responsible for paying restocking fees. All costs are assumed by the client who originally placed the order.

 
Bear Republic Trading Co. custom artwork services are provided free of charge as long as Bear Republic Trading Co. remains the printer of the garment order placed using the custom artwork. If the client withdraws or defaults on the order, services for custom artwork or the custom artwork itself are subject to hourly artwork / logo design rates determined by Bear Republic Trading Co..

Possible Reasons for Return
Due to the nature of custom screenprinting and embroidery, Bear Republic Trading Co. will only replace defective items or refund payment for an order that you are not completely satisfied with if one or more of the following occur:
- the blank product is materially flawed (holes, tears, etc.),
- you find the decoration quality (screenprinting, embroidery, etc.) is not of a commercially acceptable level, or
- the design on the products you received is markedly different than the final artwork representation you approved.

Garments provided by the customer are not covered under The Bear Republic Trading Co. return policy. The customer assumes all risk and responsibility.

Substitutions
We reserve the right / duty to substitute items that are backordered and/or not available with items that are of equal or greater value.  You will get the upgrade if necessary and we'll pay the difference.

Notice About Ink Colors
Please note that due to varying monitor settings, the colors represented on the online art approval may not match the actual ink or thread colors screenprinted or embroidered on your garments. Bear Republic Trading Co. is not responsible for variations between your monitor and the actual ink or thread colors. Samples of both ink and thread colors are available upon request.

 

WEBSITE DESIGN / DEVELOPEMENT:

Development Process, Payment Obligations, Renewals, Cancellations, And Refunds The deposit paid to Bear Republic Trading Co. Web Development covers the cost of design work carried out. The deposit will be 50% - 100% of the total cost of the site build. It is not possible to refund a deposit after thirty (30) days. Additionally Bear Republic Trading Co. Web Development institutes an up front three (3) day (72 hour) “buyers remorse” policy in which a client can receive a full refund from the time of initial deposit. Bear Republic Trading Co. Web Development reserves the right to decide whether a refund is applicable if requested by the Client for any reason. A refund is not guaranteed by Bear Republic Trading Co. Web Development, but possible providing Bear Republic Trading Co. Web Development decides upon this option. If Client requests a refund after the three (3) day remorse period and prior to thirty (30) days it is possible for Bear Republic Trading Co. Web Development to chose to refund part but not all of the monies paid. If this option is chosen by Bear Republic Trading Co. Web Development hourly design and development costs will be considered factors in determining the amount to be refunded. If paid by PayPal, refunds will be issued to the original PayPal account provided at the time of purchase. If your account has been cancelled by us due to a breach of the terms and conditions on your part, you will not be eligible for a refund. Phone requests will not constitute acceptance of any cancellation.  Bear Republic Trading Co. reserves the right to refuse service.

 

DOMAIN TRANSFERS For domains not originally registered with us there will be no transfer-in / transfer-out fee. Domains originally registered by Bear Republic Trading Co. will require a transfer-out fee to be paid by the client. It will be the clients responsibility to transfer the domain name(s) to another web hosting company.
